I am adding our contractor labor to our MP2 SQL 6.1. The biggest thing I need is to find a way to generate wos to them based upon their pre-approved quotes. I have codes that tie to each contractor to identify them to our purchasing department in another state.
Is my best option to set them up as a PO and issue the wo to them as a Crystal report? I have to fax them a paper copy (some do not accept email job orders) and each one must call out that central account code number. Our local buyer will approve payment for each job.
Also, can I set up the system to alert me if our quote is over the amount we can approve locally?
Any ideas are appreciated!!!!!!!! I am going nuts trying to pull this one out. I have used info from here mostly to complete my other tasks so I am hoping for another idea to get me pointed in the right direction.

I have solved this problem with a little help from Crystal Reports XI-- I now pull the job out of MP2 with Crystal, export it to an Excel database and do an electronic fax. When the work is complete- the db flags it, and I simply import the cost back into my MP2 db.
