Failure codes were never set up on our system, they were tracked another way. Where is the best place to put failure codes on the workorder (MP2ACCESS2000)

Have you enabled failure analysis in MP2 yet? You can check by clicking on Tools/Setup/Workorders. There will be a field labeled "enable failure analysis". You will have to be logged in as the system admin to see it.

After this is done, there will be a place on the w/o for "reason for outage".

However, on another note, I really hate how MP2 requires you to define a RFO for every piece of equipment...
