I am using MP2 Professional 5.0, Microsoft Access Addition. When i wish to delete a piece of equipment, i will go to the "Equipment" record list attempt to delete and i will usually get the following Error Message: "External Exception E06D7363" I'll click "OK" and then get a splash screen that says "Refreshing" This screen just keeps searching. Then I will click cancel and the program stops responding. Any ideas out there on what my problem is. I have contacted Datastream but have found that i no longer have support from them.

The error is telling you there is a reference to the equipment either in the Work order or work order history or task module of the system. The error code also appears if you have used nameplates or equipment variables for the equipment item.
To delete variables or nameplates, you need to open the database in access and do some stuff.
I can provide this if you need it.
You need to delete all other references to the equipment number before you can do this.
