Help! I can't send INVY items back using the return feature anywhere - what am i doing wrong - we didn't use the req or po to get the item in only a manual or normal quick receive. nothing seems to work.

Hi Porter,
If you click on the option menu (looks like a small piece of note paper) in the inventory module you will see the option for "return." This allows you to return any unused items back to the toolcrib. This option menu does not permit you to return items to a vendor.

You can't do this via a PO, since you did not order the item with a PO. With quick receive, your only option is to return the items back to the toolcrib.
