I would like to find some documents on supporting MP2 and any ideas on making the product more efficient for our users. I am just learning the MP2 system and I need to figure out if our users are using the system most efficiently and if not, figure out a way for them to use it more efficiently. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You can make the use of the product more efficient by better use of filters and views but this will not make how your users manage maintenance more efficient?

I noticed your questions on MP2 efficiency. I have experience with MP2 and I really like it. However, I was trained by a MP2 wizzard. It was very helpful for me to have someone who knew the system inside and out. You might want to consider this approach. Additionally, it is really helpful to get your system set-up correctly to make it more efficient. If you are interested I can hook you up with this guy and in a week or two he'd have you humming with MP2. Datastream also has training and user groups but they are more costly.

do you have a weekly schedule meeting? does the maint sup ensure schedule is followed?
