Some MP2 users prefix their Work Order number with the last two digits of the year that the work order was created.

Resetting the Work Order number on January 1st is a task that frequently gets delayed or forgotten.

If you prefix your work order number with the year, now it the time to reset:
Click Tools then click Setup then click Work Orders

A Work Order Setup dialog box will open displaying the next Work Order number.
This is where you change your prefix.

It is strongly recommended that you create a work order or two to test your change.
