Was trying to use the "Statistical Predictive Maintenance" screen on MP2 Access 2000 to look at statistics based on historical meter readings for a peice of equipment. On the statistics page I selected a piece of equipment that has meter readings set up for it and several months worth of data input to the system for. Under "Equipment No." there is a space for "Measurement". I was expecting this to be where I select a "Meter Name", but it did not give me the option of selecting anything. When I copied and pasted a "meter name" into this field it did not pull up data or statistics for this "meter name".

Can anyone tell me how to use this function?

Thanks,

John

John,
There is no way to display meter readings in the Statistical Preventive Maintenance module without setting up your meters again in the SPM module and re-entering the data.

Would the Equipment meter history report work? You could export to the data and use Excel to graph. I would recommend using Crystal Reports.
Crystal Reports costs less than $200 per user license. Many MP2 users use Crystal to improve the presentation of their MP2 data.
There is a sample SPM report using Crystal here:

Here is a sample report. This one shows MP2 activity ina user selected date range. It displays open and closed wok order data.

Thanks for the info. Did not know there was a difference between SPM and equipment meter readings. I will give it a try.
