HELP>>>>>>>>

Can anybody help on this matter. When I print barcodes on MP2 6.0 it puts extra letters at the end of each barcode. For example it I print a Inventory barcode it puts a letter I at the end if you scan it. For Work Order barcode it puts a W. At the end of the barcode for Equipment yep it puts a E there. Very fustrating because on the inventory barcode it puts the extra I that causes the barcode to be too long to scan. If a tech uses the hand scanner to check out any parts the Work Order won't scan because of the extra letter then also the same with the equipment. We have two PC's in the office. Mine prints the extra letters while the other one does not. I have deleted the labels and reports and recreated them to try and fix this. I also updated all the drivers to my printers in the attempt to fix it and nothing on all ends. I am at wits ends with this and was wondering if this has happened to others and what might be a way to fix this problem. Hey thanks for any help in advance on this matter, all comment are greatly appreciated.......

This is to do with the font sets on the machine,
you need to make sure the fonts being used on the barcode are on the machine, when I was with DSTM we had a set of these for users when they hit problems.
Drop me an email and will see if I can find them for you.

Cheers
Stuart
