Has anyone tried to set up an auto- email program to alert selected personell when a specific type of work request has been entered? We are using Lotus Notes (I know) and I tried to use the Infor paging software, Infor said it won't work for the desired application.

I am using MP2 Professional which is the SQL 6.1 based version.

We have set up an auto- email program in Infor EAM BE 8.2 for any kind of acivity such as add, update & delete has been performed on Asset or Work Order form. However we are using MS Outlook & not the Lotus Notes.
Please confirm from Infor whether it is possible to get auto Email functionality using Lotus notes.

Infor has an add-on program for MP2 called MP2 Messenger that would allow you to create alerts to be sent to your email regardless of the email client or server.
