Years ago I wrote a book on implementing CMMS. It is relatively straight forward and is currently under revision for re-publication.

It is definitely not a comprehensive guide to CMMS and is rather a book aimed at assisting people to select and implement CMMS.

This may be more in line with what you are looking for. It is an e-publication by the late John Campbell, author of Uptime.

I believe that it was originally published for general distribution and if anyone believes or knows differently please tell me and I will remove this posting immediately.

A great resource generally I think.
