Anyone managed to implement a standby x duty PM schedule in D7i?
What I am looking for:
1) main pump 12 wks on 2 weeks off
2) back-up 2 weeks on 12 off.

When main pump stops for service, back-up would be running and workorders for vibration readings should be activated.

It would be interesting to include this duty/standby in CMMS. I think we have to use multi-level PM at Functional location if you want 2 separate PMs for duty and standby with vibration. Have to consult IT on how to accomodate this scenario, I think.

I think of 3 options:
1) To generate 2 PM work orders ie one each for duty and standby with vibration check.

2) To generate 3 PM work orders ie one each for duty, standby and vibration.

3) To generate one PM work order with 3 different tasks ie. stop duty, test run standby and vib check standby.

Which option fits your PM work order management best?
