Has anyone had any experience with this. I have a vendor trying to sell my management one of these. But, I can find no one that has used it. EMI Sniffer

We have never used it.

I would suggest that you consider purchasing a portable ultrasound system like an SDT170 - you will be able to find PD/corona/arcing/tracking with it along with a whole lot of other useful things.
