Can you help me please with this problem?
One year ago we had problem with rollers system driving with AC converter. Then 3 month ago again the same problem, in both cases we changed the motorgear for suspected fail brake.
No problem found in the motorgears in both cases.
But problem found in the converters.
Yesterday again the same failure, other electrician changed the converter was bad. But in the night failed twice again.
I think the motor and the brake are ok. I suspect from the mechanical transmission because I found noise in some bearings of the transmission shaft.
We don`t have special instruments only a oscilloscope and I try to probe the cause of the problem. I attach the current spectrum and I note difference.
Please any comments and suggestions.

My problem, I do not have a data from degradation of a physical phenomnon. So I need a data, because neural networks are based on a learning past to predict the future.

Now, I use data (signal chaotic 'Makey-Glass' and other complex signals that are in the leterature) but I now that is no enough because it is necessary to implement my predcittion system on real phenomenon of degradation.

You can send to my , if it is possible a data of degradation of a your problem with mor detail.
