This battery is an exact copy of the original CSI battery pack (P/N: D24777) including the internal "gas gauge" PCB and temperature sensor. It uses the exact same high-quality, Japanese made 4500mAH NiMH cells from the same manufacturer used in the CSI battery. The ONLY difference between this battery pack and the one from CSI is the price.

This battery was originally developed for a customer who was tired of the CSI service agreement cost. It was meticulously reverse engineered and even improved in some ways. I now offer it for sale to anyone who needs a new battery but does not want to pay for the service agreement just for the privilege to buy it from CSI.

Here is a picture of the external smart charger for the CSI 2130 battery. It will fully charge the battery in approx. 2.5 hours.
It has a universal 100-240 VAC 50/60Hz voltage input for use anywhere in the world.
It connects directly to the battery and will charge the OEM CSI battery pack as well.
