I'm finishing up development of a new product for motor monitoring and am looking for individuals interested in evaluating it. In exchange for feedback on its effectiveness, ease-of-use, and ease of integration with your system, I can provide it at reduced or no cost.

It is about the size of your hand (a few square inches), battery-powered, and uses an embedded processor. I'm fine-tuning some parameters and need some case studies to improve confidence in the design. I'm just putting out this feeler now because I don't know how much interest I'll garner, and because it will be a few months before it's ready for deployment.

To provide more detail:

* Zigbee wireless networking device connects multiple sensors in a star network configuration, enabling access to real-time results
* High-speed snapshots of data would be taken at user-defined intervals (nominally 1-minute), stored locally so that high bandwidth isn't required
* Relatively inexpensive processor (microcontroller-order) houses efficient modeling algorithm to compare new measurements to baselined measurements
* Physically small device is battery powered
* Voltage/current features are used to detect outliers in the waveform
* Software interfaces with the device to extract, classify, and organize the results

Each of these has been demonstrated individually, so I'm past the proof-of-concept stage and in the prototype stage where I'd like to get feedback to improve the design and begin to establish a customer base.
