While creating notification, use of Breakdown indicator is allowed. On similar grounds, are there any features where I can classify notification as Breakdown, Proactive or predictive at Notification stage.

Those are work order types which need to be defined during the initial configuration.

You can create user status for the notification types which are searchable and sortable

Maybe you are talking about PM Activty type which is the field available on the order screen.

You can use maintenance notification type for separate detect failure method and use maintenance order for separate maintain strategy.
