How to get combined report to get Notification number, Order Number, Maint activity Type, Maint cost, actual manpower used so as to analyse resource utilisation for various maint type.

I can think of 2 ways:

1) Select these fields using Variants button and download into spreadhseet or

2) Set up PMIS for a permanent user-defined report.

I am asking, if there is any combined report. In our SAP configurations, IW29 list can give Notification no, Order no, maint cost etc. IW39 gives list of orders, PM act type etc and IW47 only gives Actual duration.

None but you can choose your own columns of data using the Variants button.

Try to use current setting button in screen after data retrieve and select column as you need, if you try everything but can not support you need, I suggest you tell to IT department to customize ABAP report....ABAP can solve your problem.

Why do you need the notification number after the order is created for tracking activity? We use a flexable analysis created in PM which is based on MCI8 that gets you everything you need except notification number. The enhancement is the addition of order number and description, Actual manpower is in $. You can use flexable analysis the same way as MCI8, setting up your drill down path and key figures etc. The way its set up gives us a match with period costs so we can compare to finance reports.
