Timesheet is ysed to track manhours of craftmen to get their wrench time daily versus other times spent on office works etc.

If anybody have used timesheet, what is the percentage of manhours of your cratfment spent on work orders? 50%? TQ

50% is good, out of 8 hours, lunch accounts for 30 minutes, 30 minutes (cold start), 30 minutes before end, makes a working day 6.5 hours

We have millwright 4-4.5 hours (mostly PM)
mech maintenance 3-3.5 hours
electrical/instr 4-5 (biggest workload)
shift electrical (1x24h coverage) 2-3 hours

Depending on the time of the year, the numbers will be lower (august, september (school vacation) and december)

Housekeeping, training, meetings, job discussion, obtain permits etc. is not registered in work orders

By the way, timesheet is under time management module in the SAP HR division which can be link to SAP Pm module. TQ
