Who have experience to use CATs for recording maintenance time? Now, our technician use IW41, IW44 and IW48 to record directly to MO. In term of Workload Analysis could not capture all time spent because their record only wrench time or repair time.

Do you mean CATS for Cross Application Timesheet? I have participated in it's implementation.

I've contracted ICT to help me but they are busy in some project. Could you please tell me how to configuration HR step-by-step....(P.S. Now, HR Division did not full implement) I want to use to record for maintenance internal staff and external (outsource) only.

Sorry for the delayed response...unfortunately, I cannot answer your "step by step" questions - configuration instructions via this forum would be difficult to say the least and while I know the majority of the logic behind why we have the current configuration, I do not know the actual configuration steps.
