Now, I developing SAP course training to train maintenance guy both supervisor and technician.

So, I would like to know somebody ever do this? and have SAP course training example for guide me.

I guess you are talking about SAP PM only. Do you want the training materials to include just the maintenance processing only or all parts of SAP PM? I have done the course before. Where are you in Thailand? What version of SAP R3 are you using?

I only to talk about PM Module and other concern module such as MM Module etc. and people who come to train are maintenance supervisor and technician.

I'm working in Map ta phut Industrial estate in Thailand, company name The Aromatics (Thailand) PCL. and use 4.7 Enterprise

I have a lot of training materials but hardcopy. Do you have an expert user for SAP PM module there?

Perhaps on the long term, it's a good idea for self-learning by users? It has percentage of correct steps at the end pf the lesson.

Normally, I develop manual all function in PM but the culture of people lazy to read it, so more people they want to come in class.

So, I become to SAP-PM trainer in company

Yes, you are right, craftmen are lazy to read. So we proposed a different training method such as recorded playback and then tutorials. It's a form of computer-based training. Not much readings, it's hands on. My craftmen like them, they will repeat the tutorial until they get 100% correct. In a classroom, they will compete with each other who gets 100% first! Also they can repeat the training anytime they like outside classroom, when back to work if they forget the steps.
