Josh, I have to agree with Terry. If you don't track your activities and related costs how would you know what's costing you what? More importantly how would you know where to allocate your financial resources so they have the greatest impact?

I think that the audience is already convinced that proper usage of CMMS will reduce maintenance and operating cost. We are browsing the forums to look if there is something that tells us how we can apply the underlying technology to make our day-to-day life easier at the plant, learning from the experiences of others.
