What am I missing here guys!!!
I created my own overall profile for the capacity evaluation/leveling tables. How do I get it to default? So that when I use CM01, it automatically uses it to define the info on the board.

Have you got the IT/profile Administrator?

No, profile admin is done by someone else,

Settings can be made on the parameters tab of your user profile. Use transaction SU3 to modify profile. Parameter CY1 needs to be set for the CM01 transaction to your desired profile.

See attachment for a screen dump of my settings which also include defaults for transactions CM04 = CY4, CM34 = CYP & CM33 = CY0.

Note transactions CM07: Evaluation - Variable and CM25: Capacity Leveling - Variable both give you the option to enter the desired profile on entry rather than automatically loading the default.
