Can anyone advise how to produce a report containing details of maintenance plans for a range of functional locations which includes "Cycle" & "Unit" info? This information is viewed on the "Maintenance Plan Cycle" tab when viewing the maintenance plan record in form view, however I can't seem to find it as a layout option on any of the reports listing maintenance plans. The end result I need is to be able to export a list of all PM plans including their frequencies to MS Access for further analysis and review. Thanks

This report is not a standard option until release ECC 6.0 - see release note below. Prior to this version, (the latest available), you will need to either write your own ABAP query or make do with the graphical version of the report.

16.5.1.1 Graphical Maintenance Scheduling Overview and Simulation
(Changed)
Use
As of SAP ECC 6.0 (SAP_APPL 600), you can use the tabular display and the tabular display with
navigation tree for the maintenance plan scheduling overview and simulation (transaction IPI9) as an
alternative to the graphical display.
On the selection screen for the maintenance plan scheduling overview, in the area for Display of
Maintenance Plan Scheduling Overview you can choose between the three forms of display
mentioned above.
Due to the enhancement of the transaction IP19, the description Graphical Maintenance Plan
Scheduling Overview and Simulation was changed to Maintenance Plan Scheduling Overview
and Simulation.

All my sources are telling me this cannot be done without an ABAP query. I am therefore suggesting adding an identifier to the plan short description which can be extracted as required. Thanks.
