a request has been made to set up a filtering system to filter certain user status codes from the planning board. With that work orders with the status JC: job Complete would no longer show up on the schedule. anyone have any idea's on how to make this work. Confirmations are not possible. Labour charges appear though the use of CATS which in the end works out to nearly a 2 day delay.

Bring up the filter slection screen (F6) for the capacity levelling transaaction you are using (probably CM25 or CM34). On the Order line select mulptiple selection and then multiple selection again to bring up a normal order list editing selection screen. Here you can enter your selection criteria.
