Rephrased, how to manage maintenance strategy for interconnecting pipings between 2 plants?
In that case, do you maintenance strategy for pipings? Pls tell us more about the piping specs e.g. medium, schedule, temperature, insulation, pressure, etc.

(Pls use proper English so that your message can be easily uderstood. Tip: Try to attend a RNE English class with company sponsorship if possible. RNE stands for Remedial & Enrichment which I attended for 3 months after studying in Malay and before going to UK. It will improve our professionalism in general.)

How will manage work orders for those pipings registered in S-RBI? Can you send a work order from S-RBI to SAP PM? If no, then you will have 2 separate histories for the pipings which is not good for maintenance and reliability analysis.

In SAP, Piping register and generate their order for inspection schedule, I mean only schedule. The results of inspection they enter separate from SAP, I'm not sure they enter direct to S-RBI or MS Excel. And If any problem are found, they engineer's raise problem via notification and then maintenance guy to be performed or correct it. How do you think this work process in our maintenance?
