With in the planning leveling board, (cm24) when I bring it up, it shows me the work center and also the individuals attached to that work center and their available capacity (ie 11 hrs/day for employee A, based on what trade they are (millwright, electrician etc) however the work center available capacity does not reflect the actual total available for the work center.(3 elec for 11 hrs=33 hours available day 1, 2 elec for 8=16 on day 2... so on and so forth) Is there a way that the system will look at the shift shedules of the individuals that are contained in the work center and present a totol available work center capacity reflective of that. I know I can maintain the work center basic capacity, however we have a large crew and mutiple shifts and it would take a lot of dancing around to get it right. Any suggestions.

I've run into this same challenge before. SAP provides the attached OSS notes to implement exactly what you are requesting. In case my attachments don't work here are the two OSS note numbers;

Note 214695 - Capacity Evaluations and HR Information
Note 326056 - Capacity Evaluations and HR Information

You'll need to have these implemented by your Basis group. Good luck!
