How can I generate a report in SAP that gives me the dates that work orders were closed. Using IW38 there is not an option for pulling in the "malfunction end date". Thanks

Malfunction End Date is a Notification field and not a Order field. You will need to run a report that includes notifications such as IW28 to see this field. If it is work order details you are seeking then it is probably the Actual Order Finish Date (the date of final confirmation) or the Reference Date which you need. Both these are available from transaction IW38 reports.

I've seen a KPI Report tool from www.prometheusgroup.us that can be configured to pull the info your looking for and present charts accordingly. All in SAP-PM.
