With IP18 you can make a list view of a maintenance plan(s) with items attached.
By adding the collum Object list to the view you can see the ObListNo if existing. Is there a way get the content of the list so it can be downloaded to excel? |

Hello AromaticsThailand,
Your soluntion is not clear to me so let me support my question with two attached screenshots. Picture 1 is a list view with a reference to a object list. The content of the object list with no. 14.065 is displayed in picture 2. How can i download the content of the object list belonging to picture 1? 1_2_Maintenance_Item_List.jpeg (138 Kb, 31 downloads) Item List View |

Rogier,
There you will need to create a SAP Query or a Quickview query (Available in later SAP versions via Menu path System - Services - Quickviewer). Query should be based on Logical Database WOI - Maintenance Item. I recommend using the Maintenance Item field as a selection field. Fields in list should include fields for the types of object you are interested in selected from the Objects section of the Logical Database. Output can be exported to MSExcel for further analysis. Using Quickviewer the creation of this query takes less than 5 minutes. |

Maybe you should request authorisation from your IT people.
If not you should be able to use the other tools you have to interogate the WOI logical database and produce the same result. |

probably have some confusion based on what version of SAP you are running. Generally you can export via the system/List/save local file
or list/spreadsheet/table menue paths. |

Thanks for the tip on Quick Viewer, we were struggling with the same problem and I was able to create a query to list objects by item/plan. Quick Viewer is a good tool, how do I get a list of available logical databases?
|

|
To get list of available logical databases.
Create a new Quickview query. In the pop-up window presented select Data Source = Logical Database Then click in the Logical Database field and then the drop down selection box for this field (icon in the right side of field) A restrictions window will then be presented - Start search without entering any restriction criteria. |
