I have a current condition where I need settlement rules created before the the WO's are TECO'd (per request from FICO), prefferable at REL. The rules create properly using default CC's from the objects both automatically at TECO and manually.

Any guidance?

Yes! now I have set schedule daily automatic to settle cost to CO module that for both REL and TECO MO status.

The settlement rule should be created by default upon saving a work order if you enter the cost centre inside the equipment masters.

The default settlement rule can be changed eg to a project code if you need to do so.

The owner of respective cost centres for settlement rule need to specified in theAccounting module and amended as necessary whenever there is a delegation of authority.

You have to assign costcentres to equipment masters by disciplines or maintenance sections orin general according to your maintenance organization.
