Is there a report available in PM where you will be able to view equipment list with or without maintenance plans.

Any maint plan is always linked to its tasklist if assignment between them is made.

Can use Maintenance Item List Editing Display report, transaction IP18 in Version 4.7. Equipment and functional location are both selectable fields for output. This will show you equipments with maintenance items, where the equipment is defined as the primary object of the maintenance item. It will not show you additional equipments which may be listed on an object list of the maintenance item.
You can also get to this report from any equipment dispaly or equipment list editing dispaly by selecting environment then maintenance items. Ensure that "With Object List" is selected if you want to check the object list for the equipment(s) and not just the primary object of the maintenance item.
