Absolutely... ABS Consulting, 10301 Technology Drive, Knoxville, TN 37932-3392. Lee Vanden Heuvel 865-671-5848, e-mail LNV@absconsulting.com or you can check out their web site at www.absconsulting.com. I attended in Houston in 2005. I have been doing RCA for 30 years and this is the best training class I ever attended.

Jack Nicholas Jr, Author of Root Cause Failure Analysis is teaching a 10 part (+2 case studies) Root Cause Failure Analysis Web Workshop (NO FEE) throughout 2009.

Registration for future events and playback for past events can be accessed here:
http://www.reliabilityweb.com/ww/09_schedule.htm

Jack's optonal RCFA course book can be purchased here:
http://books.mro-zone.com

Jack is 100% retired and does not sell RCA services or anything else for that matter.

Not trying to present this as a substitute for live in-class training - but you may find it very useful.

Terry,

To enable us to better see the significance of the on-line surveys you run during the Web Workshops can the number of respondents also be displayed. Currently only the percentage results are displayed. There could be as few as 25 respondents to give the results of the first poll in the Webinar.
