can any one advice me for an ultasonic equipment for water pipes

Are these pipes domestic or are you talking about much larger pipes such as buried water mains? What is the material which is enclosing the pipe - is it a solid like concrete or is it loose like stones?

I think this ultrsonic equp. should be for analysis of water flow inside pipes of HVAC systems.

Doppler flow meters transmit acoustic waves into the flow and use the frequency shifts of reflected waves to determine the flow velocity. An ultrasonic flow sensor transmits an ultrasonic pulse and measures the time elapsed when an echo is received. In this way, ultrasonic flow sensors can measure the water level and/or "head pressure" accurately.(as per GlobalSpec.com)

I've used both Controlotron and Panametrics Ultrasonic flowmeters on water systems for the last 10-12 years. Both meters have good and not so good features. I would not take a meter out of the box and measure a flow without some basic training or field trails because there are too many ways to trip yourself up. Properly installed and programmed an ultrasonic flow meter can give you excellant accuracy and repeatability. I know Controlotron has reps in the Middle East so check their website. They also rent and lease meters.
