Is there ultrasound equipment out there that will interface with CSI?

CSI has their own SonicScan ultrasound meter. Most meters that have a headphone can be adapted to connect to a CSI (or any) vibration/sound analyzer. I use a SDT 150 ultrasound meter that has a digital (dB) display, AC signal output, and DC signal output. I have interfaced with CSI 2120 analyzer in the following ways:
1) Manual Input of dB value and NoteCodes for observations 2) AC input for frequency analysis 3) DC input for level Vs time plot What are you trying to do? Walt |

I'm not for sure how this is going to work out.
A customer has purchased a UE 10000 and would like for us to use it as we do the walk-around vibration routes. Any idea if this would work with a 2120 for trending? Is there much acutal analysis involved or mostly trending? |

According to the info on the UE Systems web site, the UE 10000 has built-in data logging and recording and PC trending software. Using this meter with a CSI 2120 would be redundant and awkward as well. It would be wise to conduct seperate ultrasound and vibration surveys.
