Dear Gents,

We want to check some evaporating units with airbone / structure ultrasound. For an off-line or destructive method we would like to know how you recommend to pressurize these units; on the other side, how much time you would consider as necessary as an average for checking one of those units. What do you know about pressurizing the system with nitrogen?

For the on-line or non-destructive method how much pressure do you think it would be necessary to an accuracy test on such piece of equipment?

Regards,
Allen

Is the evaporator a sheel/tube heat exchanger? Can you provide additional info including normal/rated pressures and dimensions?
