Does anyone have suggestions how we can encourage more photo albums?

Many members work in some of the most interesting places in the world with some of the most interesting equipment. I am sure we would all like to see more photos posted.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Currently the only way to let forum users know new images have been uploaded is to respond to their your own photo album. If there were a way to let users know in the "last topic" column that new images were uploaded, I.E. New images added on 12-30-07"
by noisemakr....

Secondly, If I remember correctly there is a file size limit so an automatic “file size converter” during upload would take out allot of time required to edit the images for use on the forum. Having to edit and then store and then upload an image is time consuming.

I wonder what is the guideline of posting the pictures. Can we upload pictures for software screenshots or hardware?

You can do that in the things for sale forum. Just create a new photo album there.
