JOB NOTES:
Develop reliability strategies for plant Fixed Equipment. Perform RCFAs to provide actions that will improve system reliability and prevent recurrence. Provide technical scopes and engineering field support for projects and turnarounds. Support the development of the Fixed Mechanical Integrity Program. Ensure regulatory compliance in all areas of Fixed Equipment. Propose and champion projects to increase reliability of the plant Fixed or Rotating Equipment. Manage Fixed Equipment specifications and standards. Collaborate cross-site on institutionalizing reliability best practices.


REQUIREMENTS:
BS in Engineering, specifically Mechanical, Civil, or Metallurgical and 3+ years of reliability experience in the chemical process industry required.
Strong project management and leadership skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
Ability to work cross functionally in a team-based reliability environment to think and apply reliability life-cycle economic thinking to issues.
