We're looking for a high-level maintenance and reliability professional for our organization (mining and metals industry) to specialize in condition monitoring, but with particular analytical expertise in vibration. This position works within a shared expertise group and works with several of our business units around N.America on implementations, innovation, training, etc.

The problem I'm running into is that we're looking for someone with a specialist skill set in vibe, lube, etc, but who also has a good broad asset management and maintenance background - someone who can analyze the data and diagnose, but who also has the mechanical background to understand the problem as it relates to the piece of equipment and make action recommendations over a broad range of applications. We're on CSI.

Any ideas on where we might try to find folks like this, or does this sound like its up you're alley? Know someone?
