Considering this is an international forum, I think all the companies posting jobs here should be clear about accepting or not foreign applicants. In other words, would be nice if you can specify if you´re willing to sponsor talent in case you don´t find the right guy locally, or not.

Great point - we have added that notice in the forum description and request that job postings include information of international resumes.
