Terry, what's the difference between this and the reliabilityresumes.com? Do we need to post both places?

I really wanted to add a place for Job Seekers to post resumes (see warnings - your boss might also be a member of this forum).

If you post an available position at ReliabilityResumes.com - I do not think you need to post here as we really drive all job traffic to Reliabilityresumes.com.

I think the heavy security and the login process might be a problem...Should this be a site that can be googled? I have never seen this site on any google searches. As a matter of fact, I just created my login, and this is the first itme I see this section.
