Position Responsibilities (key duties, scope of position, goals, expectations, skill requirements, travel requirements)



· Responsible for safety, housekeeping, and key performance indicators as it pertains to duties.

· Management of SAP notifications & work orders for Electrical work center

· Creation & management of electrical purchase requisitions & service entries for contractor services

· Assist in the planning of major and minor equipment outages for electrical department

· Maintain and administer maintenance schedules within SAP

· Utilize the project management approach for outage planning and capital projects

· Development of BOM listing within SAP for electrical equipment

· Maintain project schedules for maintenance services and materials

· Assist electrical manager in preparing the plant maintenance and capital expenditure budget

· Support electrical staff with daily operations & management of contractors working in area

· Support, demonstrate and facilitate the concepts of continuous improvement and learning

· Work with local procurement personnel to help facilitate parts ordering & staging for job execution

· Network and establish working partnership with local vendors & O.E.M suppliers for electrical components and parts



Educational Criteria



· Bachelor's degree desired; engineering preferred

Other Related Experiences Required or Preferred



· Technical knowledge of electrical components & instrumentation and maintenance practices

· Knowledge of MAC and SAP maintenance & project systems modules preferred

· Knowledge of and able to use MS Office software suite components

· 2 - 5 years in manufacturing environment with Electrical / Instrumentation experience
