ok.. i think i was in a little hurry in writing this message and miss some important data.

well the good thing is the machine is now back to service after 8 hours of writing the message and i think its good to share with you guys what was the problems what the instruments people have done

at first time we run the machine, it tripped on high vibration on the journal side. then instrument people reset the system and it works fine on the slow run. but it tripped three more times when the speed went 600RPM. and the message was received was saying" turbine pick up failure" i didnt know what that means?

we could have figured out the problem so quick if we just looked at what was done on the machine during the shutdown. we just changed the thrust bearing on the turbine side and after several tripped instrument people decided to change the speed prop with new one and it works.

now every thing is ok.

and thanks for you Akhtar for your quick respond.
