Ricky,
I absolutely agree with your explanation and I think that what makes life difficult is that most times when you start looking into a new idea or concept it is presented in a language that is not familiar, like when you go to a six sigma course it will most likely be presented in business termenology rather than technical and when most of us technical people want to present a case or discuss findings the language is still a barier. I think we should all first learn to communicate in the same language then we could fully utilize and benefit from all the idiologies and initiatives.
