I currently work on a project overseas in Chad, Africa and am in the process of teaching the nationals to slowly take over running the Predictive Maintenance program for once I move on. My goal is to have a list of companies that may help these green PDM techs in the case that critical or major equipment needs analyzed. I would like to get an idea of who might be a good source and what the going daily rate is for the following:
-Level 3 Vib Institute or equivalent tech
-Have own CSI 2 channel or equivalent vibration analyzer in the case that ours is in for service.
-Laser alignment capability
-Onsite balancing capability
-Familiar with CSI's minilab oil analyzer
-Optical pickup, strobe light etc...
-Able to build new equipment and routes in CSi RBMware.
-Able to pass on knowledge to our techs while onsite.

In addition, travel time rates, daily expense rates for food and accomodations, standby rates etc...
