At present I am completing a GD in Maintenance Management at CQU in Australia. I have been trying to find some information on the following that I can reference in my project. Could you review the following questions and through your network offer some information as to where I may find something. 1) Importance of assigning roles and responsibilities to planners. 2) Benefits of good communication in a working relationship. 3) Benefits of establishing effective planning. To me these are very basic processes to have in any maintenance department but I need to quantify it by external research. Any assistant is appreciated. Thanks Barry Weaver |
