We are developing a good Maintenance Needs Template. I might be able to share it with someone not selling it as a service. It lists equipment and for each item you identify maintenance in preference order of Condition based inspection (human senses), Predictive techniques, Preventive techniques, redesign and redundancy, and run to failure. You can probably find something along the same line on the internet.

Well, my dears Wally, Steve and GLT, Iam working as a consultant at such consulting & productive company in Sweden. Actually I am not here to sell any information or knowledg I got, but also I want to learn and develop my self, because I am working in a broad area. Sometimes comes up such quesitions, about MTA and similar subjects and as you know I have to update my knowledges to only keep my job at the same time prepare myselfe if any of these subjects becomes to be my next assignment.
