I have been asked to take on an established program that uses a datapac 1500 and Odyssey software. All of my experience is with CSI. Would any of you be willing to give me a crash course, particularly with the software to get me moving?
If you think you can help please email me at jgurney@trane.com
Joe I have used Entek for a few years and will help anyway I can. I am waiting for a PO that will have me setting up a database in CSI so maybe we can trade info?
There are several companies in my area that use 'Entek's stuff', yet they still want a local source for support. Most of those companies have service agreements / tech support with Entek. I'm sure you know what you want, but just need some direction on how to get there. Don't be afraid to contact Entek using this companies service agreement assuming they have one (1.800.entekird). The people you'll be dealing with aren't 'vibration experts', but they're friendly, willing, and capable of helpling with the software. If they can't help from a technical standpoint then they'll get actual vibration people to assist them. As far as the software goes... they're the best!
Just a thought...
