Recently while surfing the net I ran across a company called TEZZCO in South Wales NY who says they are able to repair Entek Datapac 1500's. Does anyone have any experience with this company in general and specifically with Datapac repairs?

Thanks,
dj

James,
I know TEZZCO. It is an independent company and has a good reputation in repairing vibration analyzers. Also on ENTEC Datapac. You can contact them for more details. They are friendly and helpfull people.
Here in Europe we have a company that is comparable with TEZZCO. I thought it was macomon.com. They deal also with vibration analyzer repairs.

They recently replaced a broken display on a dataPAC 1500 for me. They had a quick turnaround and I found the price very reasonable. Give them a call, I'm sure they can help you out.

I've used Tezzco several times. Quick turnaround, stand behind their repairs, good prices...If he says he can take care of the problem I wouldn't hesitate to give them a shot.

Thank you all for the info. I have a recurring problem with a 1500 that Rockwell seems unable to solve, so I am looking for an alternative.

Thanks Joe for the good words on our service to your IRD 1500. We now have over 400 units under contract with maintenance agreements. US Navy, US Air Force, PRAXAIR, and a host of others that have up to 25 units in their "fleet". We have over 370 customers who enjoy our services. We welcome customers with service that is reminissent of days when the "alphabet soup" (IRD, CSI, DLI, SKF) companies appreciated your business.

We do the same for the Laser Shaft Alignment systems too. Example: Magnetic brackets from Ludeca/ Pruftechnik $1,320 TEZZCO $950 per pair. We havetem for all of the major brands system suppliers. CSI price - you do not have a big enough budget. TEZZCO $950. This is only the beginning. Call to discuss.

THE 2120 IS NOT OBSOLETE EITHER. We full support this unit and all of the legacy units from CSI, IRD and others.
