Dax,
It looks like HP pressure pulsation. The discharge system (silancer) is in resonance. It needs to be re-designed. Is the silancer installed directly on discharge flange? |

THANX ALEX,
yeah the silencer is fitted after the HP stage and then itis connected to aftercooler and dicharge(see attachment). But this is a standard desin for atlas copco. The vibration is max in female rotor.I was thinking Lobe mesh frequency since 4Xmale rotor frequency comes in spectrum.Anyway if it GPF then wat are the reasons Doc111.doc (177 Kb, 22 downloads) path |

Hi dax
Sorry I can't offer any help on this occasion, I have one question though in doc1 it would seem that to access the compressor's technical details you just use the drop down box.(top right of page) Is this correct what program is this? I need the details for a ZR250 and GA250W compressors but cannot get this information, any help or assistance would be greatly appreciated Mike. |
