How did you come up with a 1.41 order of either ~30 Hz or ~60 Hz? Magnitude is high at the fundamental it appears or a fundamental. Abnormal noise: what is abnormal? Air noise around the seal or ??? Belts too tight?

Is it a thumping sound, a squeal, a whine, etc. Can you "see" the abnormal sound in the waveform? Can you make a recording and post it? Is it on a VFD? Anything else abnormal (temperatures, static pressure, motor load, damper position, etc.)?

Khalid,
I assume you are hearing the acceleration peaks near 2500 Hz, since that is in the middle of the audible range. There appear to be many peaks that may indicate lower frequency modulation. You could confirm this with a PeakVue measurement with HP filter set to 2000 Hz. For lack of more info, I believe that you have a bearing fault.

Hi Khalid,

The spectrums you posted here are showing different RPM at BDH and BDV. One is at 2620 where the other one is 3664.

Is the Drive End side bearing of the blower is a new one? Lubricate the bearing and check whether the sound is vanishing or it is coming back!! Try to take a peakvue reading and check whether any of the fault frequencies are matching.
