Hello All,
I just had our 4500 online analyzer calibrated and recieved the "crash" course (1 day) on how to operate it. Needless to say the CSI rep ran into a few "hurdles" (this things been collecting dust for 3yrs) while calibrating and getting it up and running. Anyhow to make a long story short. We tested it using our CEMB balance machine as the monitored equipment. Everything worked fine, but my problem now is the data collected is "garbage" and I need to get rid of it. I've followed all the steps (I think) to delete the collected data and AMS suite will not let me. I keep getting "pop-up error" messages. Hopefully some of my old friends can explain to me why I can't delete this "garbage". Below is a screen capture of the error message.

Roy,

I noticed that you don't have the box for limited time span checked. Have you tried it both ways?

Good Luck,

Danny

Dan,
I sure did. I even tried as administrator. I'm wondering now if it is'nt something to do with AMS itself. I don't actually have it, it was uploaded by the rep from CSI that did the calibration and training.
Thanks for the reply

I see it says 'record already locked.' Could something else have the record open? Have you restarted everything? Even the services on the server?
